TTA is an FAA/EASA certified 145 Component Repair Station next to Fort Lauderdale’s Executive Airport.

While many manufacturers and service providers during this period struggled to maintain service and support for their customers, TTA continued to meet industry needs by focusing on development of alternate solutions, such as the emergency battery system.

Last year in October, we received the official approval, and so now we are introducing our new emergency battery solution to assist our aviation customers. Building on more than 30 years of aviation maintenance and repair experience, our skilled employees worked for more than a year internally on technical research, engineering, and development for this new solution.

Thrust Tech’s emergency battery solution is an important breakthrough – incorporating both technology and years of alternate engineering experience to achieve this answer to support the redundant safety feature on private aircraft and regional jets.

The role of the emergency battery is to provide emergency power for essential aircraft functions if a loss of electrical power occurs inflight, either from an issue with the main generators or the redundant back-up system onboard. If both those fail, this emergency battery system can provide power to what’s needed to assist the pilots in getting the aircraft back on the ground safely. That includes powering navigational instruments, the aircraft’s radio, GPS, engine monitoring systems, and more.

COVID-19 created industry-wide challenges in both manufacturing and servicing of many aviation parts or systems across the globe, while at the same time, private aircraft operations also increased. This set the stage to enable development of new solutions such as this Thrust Tech program, resulting in yet another option for our valued clients on a global scale.

It is a critical safety asset designed to protect passengers as well as the aircraft’s integrity, one that we believe our customers will find as a valuable option to enhance aircraft operations.

Now that we’ve received FAA approval for this process, we have enough inventory on hand to meet whatever demands may come our way – which is vitally important.

Located at 6701B N.W. 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, Thrust Tech Accessories (TTA) is a minority-owned, family-owned, and veteran-owned business operating as an FAA-certified and EASA-certified 145 Component Repair Station.
